Introduction

Mission

The Department of Physical Education and Sport Sciences, which envisages an integrated education, is on the undergraduate level; It is an inter-disciplinary program aiming at developing the dimension of scientific thinking, developing the knowledge and skills of understanding sports education science concepts and practices, creating methods by synthesizing field accumulations and gaining competency at the level of expertise in all kinds of technical subjects. Apart from the basic compulsory courses, elective courses from different disciplines are also included in the program.
