Introduction

The main objective of the programs is to enhance the quality of English langauge teaching in Turkey. The rich elective courses enable the students to study the most recent teaching approaches and methods and apply them in their classrooms. Besides, the innovative technological applications as well as the new developments in assessment ways and materials will be introduced in order to create teachers who can acquire the necessary skills for life long learning and who can be autonomous teacher-researchers.
