Introduction
Our mission is to train competent translator who have assimilated ethical values within the frame of basic scientific understanding, have full knowledge of translation theories and rules besides high level of Russian and has attentive and regular working habit.
The graduates of Translation and Interpreting (Turkish-Russian) can work in wide variety of sectors including translation offices, engineering and architecture firms, foreign trade companies, private institutions and organizations, tourism agencies and other agencies operating in the field of tourism, news agencies, various undersecretariats and ministries, Turkish armed forces, embassy, and representations in foreign countries. Besides they can work within the concept of European Union projects which require high level competence, they can also carry out jobs like language assistance and can work as academic staff at universities.
