Introduction

The main objectives of the Local Governments and Decentralization Master’s program are; to examine government and private sector relations, to provide intensive and comprehensive information to embed governance and democratic management models and to assist in scientific studies in these areas. In addition to this, non-governmental organizations called third sector are introduced with the decentralization philosophy and types of decentralization, their functions. In addition, theoretical and practical thesis studies are carried out within the program. The students prepare and present seminars with the case study method.
